Install NetBeans on Ubuntu 20.04

Navigate to the Apache NetBeans downloads page and grab the installer script for Linux:
wget https://downloads.apache.org/netbeans/netbeans/12.2/Apache-NetBeans-12.2-bin-linux-x64.sh sudo sh Apache-NetBeans-12.2-bin-linux-x64.sh
Step 4. Running Netbeans IDE on Ubuntu.
Once the installation is done, NetBeans should now be available among your system applications. You will see the NetBeans launcher icon like the below screenshot. Click on the launcher button to start:
